How to Reconcile Your Meesho Settlement Report, Step by Step

Every Meesho seller eventually hits the same wall: the amount in your bank account doesn’t match what you expected from your sales. Reconciling your settlement report against your own sales register is the only way to find out why.

Start by downloading two files from your Meesho Supplier Panel: the settlement report (Payments → Settlement) and your order/sales history for the same period. Both need to cover the same date range, or you’ll end up comparing orders that were never meant to line up.

Match by Sub Order No, not by product name or date — it’s the only field guaranteed to be unique per transaction. For each order, compare your expected sale value against the Final Settlement Amount. A difference usually comes from one of four places: commission, forward or reverse shipping charges, a return that hasn’t been credited, or TCS.

Watch for orders that appear in your sales register but never show up in the settlement file at all — that’s a missing settlement, and it’s the discrepancy most sellers miss because there’s no line to look at, just an absence.

Doing this by hand in Excel works at low volume, but VLOOKUP-based matching breaks down fast once you’re past a few hundred orders a month, especially with partial returns splitting one order across two settlement rows. That’s the exact problem Settlr’s reconciliation engine is built to handle — upload both files and it does the order-level matching automatically.
